During design period of the project which is located in İzmir Province on Ankara Street, we based on urban and environmental factors. History of the region includes industrial fabric and current situation of the Street consists of random fullness and emptiness.

Rising from a narrow parcel on İzmir - Ankara Street, the project outshines with its iconic characteristic.
